Shipping & Returns


All domestic ground orders are shipped from our warehouse in California via UPS or USPS. At checkout you can choose flat rate shipping (3-8 days) or UPS Ground (depending on location). Shipping times are calculated once UPS/USPS or DHL receives them. Processing at the warehouse can take 1-3 days. Due to Covid processing times are taking longer than usual (2-4 days) to honor the necessary physical distancing requirements.

All international orders are shipped via DHL although shipping carriers will change en route for several countries i.e. Canada (USPS) and Australia (Australia Post Global).

Shipping and handling times for international orders vary by location. A delay in package delivery due to customs processing may occur depending on your location. As a result, please allow 10-­25 days for your package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.

COVID -19 Potential Carrier Delays
Our carriers are maintaining normal delivery operations, however, some packages may experience delays due to increased package volume. 



If you received your puzzle within 30 days and it remains unopened, the box remains sealed, you can return it to us. Simply contact us at with a subject line "Return Order #XXXXX", and a brief description of why you wish to return the product. We will reply with further instructions and a return label.

Once the return is received, we will refund you the cost of the puzzle minus the return shipping fee (usually around $8 for US returns).

We can only allow returns for purchases placed through Any product purchased at a retail location will not be considered for return and must be handled by that location.
