Shipping & Returns
All US ground orders are shipped from our warehouse in California via UPS or USPS. At checkout you can choose flat rate shipping (3-8 days) or UPS Ground (depending on location). Shipping times are calculated once UPS/USPS or DHL receives them. Processing at the warehouse can take 1-3 days.
We ship from our UK hub for delivery to the UK and Europe. We will despatch your order from our warehouse on the same working day if received before 6pm and the following working day on orders received after 6pm.

Delivery to the UK and Europe (from UK hub)
We ship from our UK hub for delivery to the UK and Europe. We will dispatch your order from our warehouse on the same working day if received before 6pm and the following working day on orders received after 6pm.All UK orders travel on a next-day tracked service with notifications sent to you automatically, whilst not a guaranteed service, 99% of orders are received the next day, Non mainland destinations can take a day or two longer.
For Europe, delivery times are typically 4-8 working days. All orders are tracked and there are no extra taxes or duties to pay when you receive your order. We send all orders DDP which means Delivery Duty Paid - by us, not you.
All international orders (outside of the UK and Europe)
We ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.
International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.
In order create a better delivery experience for you, we ship international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.
If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

If you received your puzzle within 30 days and it remains unopened, the box remains sealed, you can return it to us. Simply contact us at Jenny@WanderPuzzleCo.com with a subject line "Return Order #XXXXX", and a brief description of why you wish to return the product. We will reply with further instructions and a return label.
Once the return is received, we will refund you the cost of the puzzle minus the return shipping fee (usually around $8 for US returns).
We can only allow returns for purchases placed through www.wanderpuzzleco.com. Any product purchased at a retail location will not be considered for return and must be handled by that location.
